The client acknowledges having been informed in this regard that the web space dedicated to him is for his own use but in contrast the server where the site is hosted, as well as installation and services related to it following (equipment, space, bandwidth, internet connection, software firewall, anti spam, monitoring, maintenance ...) are mutualized, it expressly accept.

Macnethost will provide the client a management panel (cPanel) that manages the website. Access to this panel will be by username and password will be sent to the account activation. The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his IDs ( login)

Customer is responsible for the scripts and programs which are used in its web space . The prices displayed on the site are exclusive of tax, Macnethost reserves the right to change prices for different hosting plans. The price changes will in no case, and the contract will be in current review. The new rates will be applied upon renewal If the hosting service , or any obligation to Macnethost hereunder is prevented, restricted or disturbed as a result of fire, explosion, failure of transmission networks, systems collapse, epidemic, earthquake , flood, power failure, war, embargo, law, order, demand or requirement of any government, strike, boycott, failure of its provider network, or other circumstances beyond control, Macnethost be released from its obligations.
Macnethost undertakes to inform the client of the consequences and possible delays in service restoration. And when cases of force majeure persist beyond 30 days, the accommodation may be legally terminated at the request of either party, without the right to indemnity and other share.
